Return & Refund Policy

General Return Policy

1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Items must be returned undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's damaged or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

5. We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Refused Packages
If you refuse the delivery of your package for any reason you will be held responsible to pay the costs of shipping to you and back to us. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, refused packages can take several weeks or longer to be received back to our facilities, the transit time is completely in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Refunds
Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment.
1. It generally takes us up to 7 business days to process a refund, and the specific time may be delayed due to your local bank, please contact us if you haven't received the refund after 7 working days. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.
2. All Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the time frame shown above, please contact us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Damaged Returns
If you have received a damaged item or the wrong item DO NOT return with the label in your package. You should contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive a return authorization label. If a damaged or wrong item is returned back without the notification of our customer service department all possible restocking fees will apply.

How do I return?

​1. Please contact us via email dreammapcz@gmail.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. Write your order number on the package to make your package be recognized easily, so we can solve your problem as soon as possible.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original way you paid for the order. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

* Please note that all the returns, customers need to pay for the cost of shipment.
